As Co-Founder and Lead Finance Executive of DuploHacks, I play a key role in shaping the vision and financial foundation of a one-of-a-kind dual-theme hackathon. My responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership: Collaborating with the team to design the innovative dual-theme framework, where participants tackle one theme on Day 1 and integrate a second theme on Day 2, fostering creativity and adaptability.
Financial Management: Developing budgets, securing sponsorships, and negotiating vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective resource allocation and long-term financial sustainability.
Partnership Building: Establishing relationships with sponsors, mentors, and stakeholders to support the event's mission and growth.
Operational Support: Assisting in risk management and logistical planning to ensure smooth execution of the event.

Brainstorming, planning and executing a fundraiser for charity purposes
Interview leading professionals from Real estate (Yasmin Merchant, Anchor homes) and Member of Parliament (Sue McFadden, Ward 10 councillor) by taking a deep dive on the real factors contributing to the problem, and their vision on how to improve the situation with the help of Youth leaders.
Create presentations for the fund raising event and was presented to ICNA audience of mentors, speakers, and other team members. Our charity drive was done on Al Falah Masjid, Oakville on 2nd August 2024 and collected a fund of 5000CAD.
I have received an award for being the Best Youth Leader in the program, due to my proactive efforts in interviewing, researching, creating presentations, and doing the presentations.

Brainstormed, planned, and organised multiple engaging events at the Hazel Mcallion Library.
Lead the planning and implementation for the Scribble.io competition and Halloween event, ensuring successful execution of the program.
Conceptualised, designed, and created visually appealing props, stands, and decorations for the events, enhancing the appearance of the event.
Facilitated the events by guiding participants through the event rules, and how to play the games and activities, ensuring participants have a smooth and fulfilling experience
